Artichoke Bread Circle
- 1 loaf frozen bread, thawed
- 1 (6 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts (reserve marinade)
- 1 1/4 c. (5 oz.) grated Parmesan cheese, divided
- 4 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
- 1 1/2 tsp. dried basil
- 1 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- Roll thawed dough on floured board to make a 12 x 18-inch rectangle.
- Let rest 5 minutes.
- Brush half of marinade on dough. Sprinkle artichokes, garlic and half of cheese.
- Sprinkle basil and oregano and roll dough from the long side and pinch to seal, making a long roll.
- Place on a 12 x 12-inch baking sheet, lightly greased.
- Join ends together and pinch to seal.
- Brush with remaining marinade and cover with plastic wrap.
- Allow to stand about 30 minutes.
- Bake 15 minutes at 375u0b0.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese on ring and bake 15 minutes more.
- Store airtight.
- Keeps well for 2 days or can be frozen.
