Sausage And Mostaccioli Bake
- 1/2 (1 lb.) pkg. mostaccioli, uncooked
- 1 lb. fully cooked smoked sausage (Eckrich), cut into serving pieces
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 8 to 10 drops bottled hot pepper sauce
- 1/2 c. diced Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 c. diced Cheddar cheese
- Prepare mostaccioli according to package directions.
- Drain. In medium skillet, brown sausage and drain.
- In medium bowl, blend soup, sour cream, milk, parsley flakes, salt and hot pepper sauce. Add mostaccioli and cheeses.
- Mix well.
- Pour into a greased 9 x 9-inch baking dish. Top with smoked sausage.
- Bake in a 350u0b0 oven until hot, about 30 minutes.
