Nacho Supreme
- 1 lb. hamburg
- 1 lb. sauce
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- garlic to taste
- 14 oz. bag restaurant style nachos
- 2 large chopped raw onions
- 1 chopped green pepper
- 1 chopped red pepper
- 1 chopped yellow pepper
- 8 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 8 oz. shredded American cheese
- salsa
- sour cream
- Preheat oven to 400u0b0.
- Cook hamburg and sausage in skillet until brown; drain.
- Add taco seasoning and minced garlic; set aside.
- Layer in a 9 x 13-inch pan in the following order:
- nachos, vegetables, meat mixture and cheeses.
- Add another layer in the same order.
- Bake 10 minutes at 350u0b0.
- Serve with salsa and sour cream.
