Peanut Butter Fingers
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/3 c. peanut butter
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. chocolate semi-sweet morsels
- 1/4 c. peanut butter
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. quick-cooking oats
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 2 to 4 Tbsp. milk
- Cream butter and white and brown sugars well.
- Blend in egg, 1/3 cup peanut butter, soda, salt and vanilla.
- Add flour and oats.
- Spread in 9 x 13-inch pan, slightly greased.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 20 to 25 minutes, until lightly browned.
- Sprinkle immediately with morsels.
- Let stand 5 minutes.
- Spread melted chips over cookies.
- Combine powdered sugar, 1/4 cup peanut butter and milk. Mix to drizzle consistency.
- Drizzle over chocolate.
- Cool.
- Cut into bars.
