Peanut Butter Fingers

  1. Cream butter and white and brown sugars well.
  2. Blend in egg, 1/3 cup peanut butter, soda, salt and vanilla.
  3. Add flour and oats.
  4. Spread in 9 x 13-inch pan, slightly greased.
  5. Bake at 350u0b0 for 20 to 25 minutes, until lightly browned.
  6. Sprinkle immediately with morsels.
  7. Let stand 5 minutes.
  8. Spread melted chips over cookies.
  9. Combine powdered sugar, 1/4 cup peanut butter and milk. Mix to drizzle consistency.
  10. Drizzle over chocolate.
  11. Cool.
  12. Cut into bars.
