Yummy Healthy Muffins

  1. In a medium bowl, combine bran, cereal, oats and boiling water.
  2. Let stand 10 minutes.
  3. Add melted butter, eggs, buttermilk, molasses, honey, vanilla and raisins.
  4. In a large bowl, blend flours, soda and salt.
  5. Add liquid to dry ingredients; mix lightly just until blended.
  6. Spoon into muffin cups.
  7. Bake in a 400u0b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
  8. Makes one dozen regular or 6 large muffins.
