No Knead Cinnamon Rolls

  1. Sprinkle yeast on lukewarm water in large bowl.
  2. Add sugar, egg, oil and salt.
  3. Add 2 cups flour.
  4. Beat well.
  5. Add remaining flour; mix well with hands.
  6. Remove dough from bowl.
  7. Grease bowl and return dough.
  8. Cover with towel; let rise in warm place until double in bulk, approximately 1 1/2 hours.
  9. Punch down.
  10. Divide into 2 balls.
  11. Roll or pull out to rectangle 12 to 18 inches.
  12. Melt 3 tablespoons butter or oleo.
  13. Spread enough to cover dough. Sprinkle brown sugar, 3/4 cup to cover and 1/4 cup cinnamon.
  14. Roll up and pinch ends.
  15. Place cut side down on greased 8-inch cake pan. Let rise again until double.
  16. Bake at 350u0b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until brown.
  17. Cool and frost.
  18. Makes 2 dozen.
