Jam Cake

  1. Combine dry ingredients; set aside.
  2. Cream margarine and sugar.
  3. Add beaten eggs and buttermilk; mix well.
  4. Add dry ingredients; mix well.
  5. Add jam, coconut, raisins, vanilla and pecans.
  6. Pour into floured and greased cake pans.
  7. Will probably have to use at least 3 cake pans.
  8. Can use four.
  9. Bake at 375u0b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
  10. Cool on rack for 10 minutes before turning out of pans.
  11. Cool completely.
