Spicy Chicken Apple Salad
- 3 tablespoons Hellmann's(R) or Best Foods(R) Canola Cholesterol Free Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup jalapeno pepper jelly or mango chutney
- 8 cups mixed salad greens or baby spinach leaves
- 2 cups cut-up cooked chicken (about 12 oz.)
- 1 medium red or golden delicious apple, thinly sliced
- In small bowl, combine Hellmann's(R) or Best Foods(R) Canola Cholesterol Free Mayonnaise with jelly; set aside.
- To serve, arrange salad greens on serving platter, then top with chicken, apple and mayonnaise mixture.
