Jeweled Fruitcake Miniatures
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. apricots, cut up
- 1 c. red maraschino cherry halves, drained
- 1/2 lb. green candied pineapple, chopped
- 3/4 c. Gold Medal flour
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. pitted dates, cut up
- 2 1/2 c. Brazil nuts, chopped
- 1/2 c. green maraschino cherry halves, drained
- 1/4 lb. red candied pineapple, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 3 eggs
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
- Place baking cups in a muffin pan.
- Spoon batter into
- each cup.take at 325u0b0 for 25 minutes or line 6 miniature loaf

- x 5/8 x 1 1/2 inches with aluminum
- foil; grease.
- Divide batter among pans; spread evenly. Bake at 325u0b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
