Jeweled Fruitcake Miniatures

• 1 (8 oz.) pkg. apricots, cut up
• 1 c. red maraschino cherry halves, drained
• 1/2 lb. green candied pineapple, chopped
• 3/4 c. Gold Medal flour
• 3/4 c. sugar
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
• 1 (8 oz.) pkg. pitted dates, cut up
• 2 1/2 c. Brazil nuts, chopped
• 1/2 c. green maraschino cherry halves, drained
• 1/4 lb. red candied pineapple, chopped
• 1/2 tsp. baking powder
• 3 eggs

1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
2. Place baking cups in a muffin pan.
3. Spoon batter into
4. each cup.take at 325u0b0 for 25 minutes or line 6 miniature loaf

9. foil; grease.
10. Divide batter among pans; spread evenly. Bake at 325u0b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
