Spaghetti(Very Good)
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 lb. ground pork
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3 chopped garlic cloves
- 1 large chopped onion
- 4 c. tomato juice
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 lb. spaghetti
- Mix ground beef and pork (I use sausage) and form balls.
- Fry meat balls, garlic and onion in olive oil.
- Brown meat well.
- Add tomato juice, paste, salt, red pepper and oregano.
- Simmer 2 hours, covered.
- Then add cream of mushroom soup and Parmesan cheese.
- Combine spaghetti (cooked).
- Pour into a 3-quart casserole dish.
- Top with green pepper rings.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes.
- It is not necessary to bake.
