Oven Beef Stew

  1. Coat meat with combined flour and seasonings.
  2. Brown in oil; drain.
  3. Combine meat, tomatoes, peas, mushrooms and onions; mix well.
  4. Pour into 2-quart casserole.
  5. Cover; bake at 325u0b0 for 1 hour and 45 minutes or until meat and onions are tender.
  6. Combine potatoes and process cheese spread; spoon around edge of casserole.
  7. Broil until process cheese spread begins to melt. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
