Strawberry Salad

  1. Combine gelatin and boiling water in a bowl; stir until gelatin dissolves.
  2. Add strawberries; chill 30 minutes or until partially set.
  3. Add pineapple and pecans; stir well.
  4. Spread half of gelatin mixture evenly into an 8-inch square pan coated with cooking spray; chill slightly.
  5. Stir sour cream into remaining gelatin mixture; spread evenly into pan.
  6. Chill 20 minutes or until set.
  7. Cut into squares and serve on lettuce leaves.
  8. Yields 9 servings.
