Macaroni Seafood Salad
- 1 c. salad roni
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. cooked peas
- 1/2 c. diced onion
- 1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimentos
- 1/2 c. diced green pepper
- 1 (7 oz.) can shrimp, tuna or crab
- 1 c. cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1/2 c. grated hot pepper cheese (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, diced (optional)
- 1/2 c. sliced green onions
- Cook macaroni according to package and rinse in cold water and drain.
- Place in a large bowl.
- In a small bowl, combine mayo, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Add to macaroni and mix well.
- Add remaining ingredients except for green onions and tomatoes.
- Toss gently.
- Chill for 2 or 3 hours.
- Add tomatoes and onions for garnish and serve.
