Shrimp Con Queso Dip
- 2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 can frozen shrimp soup or Campbell's cream of shrimp soup
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 can tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 bottle dehydrated onion chips
- 2 Tbsp. cumin seed
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1/2 tsp. garlic chips
- 1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- 2 Tbsp. canned green chilies, diced
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 lb. cooked shrimp, cut into pieces
- Place all ingredients, except shrimp, into top of double boiler.
- When cheeses are melted and mixture is well blended, add shrimp.
- Serve with large Fritos.
- Freezes well.
- Makes a lot.
