Chicken Pot Pie

  1. Combine the 1 1/2 cups biscuit mix, sesame seed, water and the 3 tablespoons margarine.
  2. Pat into an 8-inch square or a 9-inch round pan; set aside.
  3. Melt the 1/3 cup margarine; stir in the 1/2 cup biscuit mix, onion and seasonings.
  4. Cook over low heat until bubbly; remove from heat.
  5. Stir in chicken broth and milk.
  6. Heat to boiling and boil 1 minute.
  7. Stir in chicken and mixed vegetables.
  8. Turn into ungreased 8-inch square baking dish or 9-inch pie plate.
  9. Place dough over top.
  10. Cut several slits in top and bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 425u0b0 or until golden.
