King Ranch Chicken

  1. Boil chicken until tender.
  2. Debone.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Over medium heat, in large saucepan, mix both cans of soup, chopped onion, Cheez Whiz, half of the Longhorn cheese and Ro-Tel tomatoes (drained) until all ingredients are blended.
  5. Soak tortillas in chicken broth.
  6. Layer bottom of 9 x 13-inch casserole dish with tortillas.
  7. Next, put one layer of chunk chicken pieces.
  8. Top with layer of sauce.
  9. Repeat each layer.
  10. Top with remainder of cheese, grated.
  11. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes at 350u0b0.
