Broccoli And Cauliflower Soup

  1. Cook cauliflower
  2. with
  3. 1/2
  4. of
  5. the
  6. broth for 5 to 10 minutes.
  7. Cook
  8. broccoli,
  9. mustard seed and dill weed with the rest of the broth until tender.
  10. Put cooked cauliflower, broth and mace into blender.
  11. Blend until smooth.
  12. Pour this mixture and broccoli
  13. mixture
  14. into
  15. 1
  16. big
  17. soup
  18. pot.
  19. Fry onions in butter in frying pan.
  20. Add to soup.
  21. Add salt.
  22. Shake 1 cup of milk with flour in gravy mixer.
  23. Add slowly.
  24. Add the remaining milk.
  25. Cook until
  26. thick
  27. and
  28. bubbly.
  29. Add
  30. cheese right before serving. Serve after cheese melts.
