Chicken Pepper Pasta

  1. Melt Country Morning Blend in a skillet.
  2. Stir in onion, peppers and garlic.
  3. Cook over medium-high heat until slightly tender (2 or 3 minutes).
  4. Remove from skillet, leaving juices in pan.
  5. Add chicken, salt and pepper.
  6. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until chicken is brown and tender (7 to 9 minutes). Add vegetables, half and half, Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese to chicken mixture.
  7. Reduce heat and continue cooking until cheese melts (3 to 5 minutes).
  8. Add cooked vermicelli to mixture.
  9. Toss gently to coat.
  10. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
