Sweet And Sour Spareribs

  1. Heat oil; brown meat.
  2. Remove and drain.
  3. Add onion and pepper; cook until tender.
  4. Add pineapple, pineapple juice, water, vinegar, catsup, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and garlic.
  5. Blend in brown sugar and cornstarch.
  6. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  7. Reduce heat; add meat.
  8. Cook, uncovered, 1 1/2 hours or until tender, stirring occasionally.
