Sweet And Sour Pork

  1. Brown pork in oil.
  2. Add water; simmer 1 hour.
  3. While pork is cooking, drain juice from pineapple chunks into a saucepan.
  4. Add brown sugar, cornstarch, salt and vinegar.
  5. Cook until sauce has thickened.
  6. Stir in soy sauce, pineapple chunks, vegetables and cooked meat.
  7. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  8. Serve over steamed rice.
  9. Makes 8 servings.
