Peach'S Hamburger Stroganoff(Peach Temmler)

  1. Saute beef and onions until onion is translucent and pink is gone.
  2. Add veggies.
  3. Stir and brown, then add paprika and flour. Mix in and add water.
  4. Put bouillon cube in and break up.
  5. Simmer at least 45 minutes, adding water so it won't stick.
  6. One and one-half hours makes it taste better.
  7. Add herbs such as bay leaf, marjoram, thyme, basil, oregano and dill; also wine, 1/4 to 1/2 cup, if desired.
  8. Just before serving, add sour cream or substitute.
  9. Do not allow to boil or simmer; just heat and stir. Serve over your choice of noodles or rice.
