Potato For Super Bowl

  1. Apply cooking oil on potato skins.
  2. Bake until done.
  3. Melt butter and milk over low fire, and set aside.
  4. Slice the potatoes lengthwise.
  5. Scoop middle of potatoes without breaking the skin. Mash potatoes; add onions and hash browns.
  6. Mix in diced celery, salt and soy sauce.
  7. Add nutmeg and melted butter.
  8. Fill potato skins with the mixture.
  9. Cover the filled potato with cheese and paprika.
  10. Bake at 350u0b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
  11. Serve hot.
