Mac Tuna Casserole
- 2 cans tuna
- 2 c. cooked macaroni
- 1 can corn
- 1 can peas
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of broccoli
- 1 Tbsp. garlic granules
- 1/4 c. dried onions
- 1/2 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 c. Progresso Italian bread crumbs
- Mix milk, soups, garlic and onions together in a pot.
- While simmering, add peas, corn, macaroni, tuna, mushrooms, salt and pepper (to taste).
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Pour mixture into 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle cheese on top, then top cheese with bread crumbs.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes.
- Place under broiler to brown just before serving.
