Lemon Chicken Fettuccine

  1. Prepare fettuccine for 4 servings according to directions. While cooking, prepare chicken.
  2. Melt butter in a medium-size heavy skillet.
  3. Sprinkle chicken with salt substitute and lemon juice, cover, reduce heat and cook chicken about 6 minutes. Uncover and brown chicken slightly.
  4. Remove chicken and keep warm. Add wine and scrape skillet and add cream.
  5. Simmer, stirring constantly until volume is reduced by half.
  6. Arrange fettuccine on serving platter, add chicken and pour sauce over all.
  7. Sprinkle with cheese.
