Cioppino(Pronounced Chee-O-Pee-No - Italian Seafood Stew)

  1. In a large saucepan, cook green pepper, onion and garlic in olive oil until tender, but not brown.
  2. Add undrained tomatoes, tomato sauce, wine, parsley, salt, oregano, basil and pepper; bring to boiling.
  3. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
