Nilla Strawberry Shortcake With Gingerbread Cream Ad
- 1 tub (8 oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 1/2 cups sliced strawberries
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 36 NILLA Wafers, divided
- 6 strawberries, halved
- COMBINE whipped topping and spices. Toss sliced strawberries with sugar.
- CHOP 24 wafers coarsely. Layer half EACH of the chopped wafers, sliced strawberries and whipped topping mixture in 12 (3-oz.) shot glasses. Repeat layers.
- GARNISH with remaining wafers and halved strawberries just before serving.
