Stove Top Chicken Casserole

  1. Cut onion and celery.
  2. Put in pot with chicken.
  3. Cover with water.
  4. Cook until tender.
  5. Debone chicken.
  6. Cook rice according to directions.
  7. Put rice in 13 x 9 pan, then add chicken.
  8. Add can of mushrooms.
  9. Mix can of mushroom soup with 1/2 can of chicken broth.
  10. Pour over mushrooms.
  11. Do the same with chicken and celery soup.
  12. Put onion and celery that was cooked with chicken on top of soups.
  13. Mix Stove Top dressing with chicken stock and put on top of other layers.
  14. Cook at 375u0b0 until bubbly and brown.
