Mediterranean Turkey Sandwiches

  1. Spray skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Heat over medium-high heat about 30 seconds.
  3. Add ground turkey, bell pepper and onion; cook about 3 to 5 minutes, stirring until turkey is lightly browned.
  4. Add 1/4 cup water, garlic powder, oregano and pepper.
  5. Cook 3 to 5 minutes, or until water is absorbed.
  6. In a small bowl, blend yogurt and lemon juice.
  7. Fill each pocket bread half with meat mixture.
  8. Add yogurt mixture.
  9. Yields 5 servings.
