Flank Steak With Whiskey Sauce(Low-Fat)

  1. In medium glass or stainless steel bowl, combine teriyaki sauce, 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic, the vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce.
  2. Add steak; turn several times to coat.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap.
  4. Refrigerate overnight or at least 30 minutes.
