Beef Macaroni Casserole
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. cooked macaroni
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 c. grated American cheese
- 2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
- Mix the first 6 ingredients together and set aside.
- Mix together the macaroni, green pepper, cheese, mustard and mayonnaise.
- Spread this mixture in a greased 2-quart baking dish. Spread dry mixture on top with the bread crumbs or cracker crumbs and the melted butter or margarine.
- Bake at 325u0b0 for 20 minutes. Ovens may vary; may take longer in some.
