Asparagus Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Grease a 2-quart casserole dish.
  3. Save liquid from asparagus, melt butter and blend in flour and salt. Add liquid and cook until thickened, stirring frequently.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Add cheese; stir until cheese is melted.
  6. Alternate layers of hard-boiled eggs, asparagus and cheese sauce.
  7. Cover with bread crumbs in greased casserole.
  8. Sprinkle paprika over crumbs. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes.
  9. Serves 4 to 8.
