Homemade Bread

  1. Put flour, sugar and salt in processor with steel blade already in processor.
  2. Make one turn of processor to mix.
  3. Add butter; turn on and off.
  4. Add yeast and water; turn on and off. Add 1/3 cup cold water; quickly blend.
  5. Let dough rest.
  6. Butter bowl and pan; clean up mess.
  7. With machine running, add more water slowly until ball forms.
  8. Let ball rotate about 1 minute, then place dough in greased bowl.
  9. Turn and cover; let rise until double.
  10. Knead until elastic.
  11. Place in pan; let rise again. Preheat oven to 400u0b0.
  12. Put bread in; reduce heat to 325u0b0.
  13. Bake for 40 minutes.
