Chocolate Delight
- 3/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 3/4 c. chopped pecans
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 3 c. milk
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 (13 1/2 oz.) frozen whipped topping
- 1 (3 3/4 oz.) vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1 (4 1/2 oz.) chocolate instant pudding mix
- chopped pecans or grated chocolate
- Combine butter, flour and pecans.
- Press into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
- Bake at 375u0b0 for 15 minutes.
- Cool completely.
- Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 1/2 cups whipped topping and blend thoroughly.
- Spread over crust; chill.
- Combine pudding mixes and milk.
- Beat 2 minutes with rotary mixer at medium speed.
- Spread over cream cheese layer.
- Chill.
- Spread remaining whipped topping over pudding layer.
- Garnish with pecans and/or chocolate.
- Yields approximately 15 servings.
