Chocolate Delight

  1. Combine butter, flour and pecans.
  2. Press into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
  3. Bake at 375u0b0 for 15 minutes.
  4. Cool completely.
  5. Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 1/2 cups whipped topping and blend thoroughly.
  6. Spread over crust; chill.
  7. Combine pudding mixes and milk.
  8. Beat 2 minutes with rotary mixer at medium speed.
  9. Spread over cream cheese layer.
  10. Chill.
  11. Spread remaining whipped topping over pudding layer.
  12. Garnish with pecans and/or chocolate.
  13. Yields approximately 15 servings.
