One Layer Choc-Choc Cake

  1. Melt chocolate and butter in saucepan over very low heat. Stir constantly until smooth.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Stir in flour. Blend in yolks, one at a time. Beat egg whites until foamy throughout.
  4. Gradually beat in sugar.
  5. Continue beating until soft peaks will form.
  6. Gently fold chocolate mixture into egg whites. Blend thoroughly.
  7. Pour in greased and floured 8-inch layer pan. Bake at 350u0b0 for 20 minutes.
  8. Cool 10 minutes (cake will continue to cool upside on rack).
  9. Spread top and sides with Chocolate Glaze. Garnish with chopped pistachios.
