Broccoli-Ham Casserole

  1. Saute onion in butter or margarine in a Dutch oven until tender.
  2. Add soup, cheese and garlic powder.
  3. Stir until cheese melts.
  4. Add mushrooms and next three ingredients.
  5. Gently stir in pimientos.
  6. Spoon into a lightly greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
  7. Cover and chill in refrigerator 8 hours.
