Salad Bongo Bongo

  1. Let cheese reach room temperature.
  2. Drain pineapple and mix with cheese.
  3. Heat lemon juice and sugar together until dissolved. Now dissolve gelatin in 1/2 cup boiling water and mix with lemon juice and sugar.
  4. Bring this mixture to a boil.
  5. Let cool and add whipped cream.
  6. Fold this mixture into the cheese and pineapple and mix well.
  7. Refrigerate overnight.
  8. Serves 4.
