Lasagna
- 1 1/2 lb. ground round
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/4 c. oil
- 3 large onions, chopped
- 2 bell peppers, chopped
- 6 ribs celery, chopped
- 6 buttons garlic, chopped
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 1 Tbsp. cooking wine
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 can water
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 box cream cheese or Ricotta cheese
- 4 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese (mild)
- 4 oz. Romano or Swiss cheese
- 4 oz. Parmesan cheese
- Use a long glass pan.
- Start with a layer of sauce, then layer of noodles, then all cheeses until all is used.
- Cover.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
