Tex-Mex Dip

  1. Peel and mash avocados with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning mix in a bowl. Spread bean dip on a shallow serving platter.
  2. Top with seasoned avocado mixture.
  3. Layer with sour cream and taco mixture. Sprinkle with chopped onions, tomatoes and olives.
  4. Cover with shredded cheese.
  5. Serve chilled with chips.
  6. Makes 16 appetizer servings.
