Mike'S New York Style Taters

  1. Peel and cut in half potatoes; boil for 25 minutes.
  2. Let them cool after cooking.
  3. Chop up onions and microwave for 10 to 12 minutes (keep covered while in microwave).
  4. Cut up potatoes in chunks and let cool.
  5. Mix soup, mayonnaise, onions, sliced mushrooms and Cheez Whiz first.
  6. Then add cooled chunks of potatoes and mix all together.
  7. In a 10-inch Corning Ware bowl, spray with Pam or butter spray.
  8. Put everything into bowl and sprinkle over top with 100% Parmesan cheese.
  9. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  10. Cook for 55 minutes.
