Swedish Meat Balls

  1. Mix well the first 10 ingredients.
  2. Shape into balls the size of a walnut.
  3. Brown in fat or oil.
  4. Remove meat, then stir into oil the flour, paprika, salt and pepper, then stir in boiling water and sour cream.
  5. Return meatballs to gravy.
  6. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
  7. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
