Hamburger-Noodle Casserole
- 2 lb. hamburger
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/2 pkg. egg noodles
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- black pepper to taste
- Brown
- hamburger
- withthopped
- oniontnd drain well. Cook noodles
- according to package directions and drain well. (You may not
- want
- to
- uset whole package of noodles.) Mix together the soup, sauce, sour cream, cream cheese and 1/2 of the Cheddar cheese.
- Stir in hamburger and noodles.
- Pour into a 9 x
- 13-inch baking dish and bake at 350u0b0 for 45 minutes or until bubbly and hot.
- Last 5 minutes, add other 1/2 of cheese to top and cook just until it melts.
