Stir-Fry Chicken And Broccoli

  1. Place chicken, cornstarch and soy sauce in a bowl; stir until chicken is thoroughly coated.
  2. Let stand 15 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in wok over high heat.
  4. Add chicken and stir-fry until browned. Remove chicken from wok.
  5. Add broccoli and onion to wok; stir-fry 2 minutes.
  6. Add mushrooms and bean sprouts.
  7. Return chicken to pan.
  8. Stir in chicken broth; cover and cook gently for 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  9. Serve with rice.
