Special Holiday Jello

  1. Rinse strawberries; pat dry.
  2. Leave caps and stems (if present) intact.
  3. With a sharp knife, make 4 or 5 slices in each berry from tip end almost to, but not through, cap.
  4. Gently fan out berry as far as possible.
  5. (Stem end of berry should remain intact.)
