Garden Bake

  1. Break cauliflower into small pieces.
  2. Cook cauliflower with celery, uncovered, in boiling salted water for 10 minutes.
  3. Drain, reserving 3/4 cup liquid.
  4. Melt butter in saucepan.
  5. Add onion; cook until transparent.
  6. Add flour; blend.
  7. Gradually add milk and reserved liquid.
  8. Cook, stirring until thickened.
  9. Add green pepper.
  10. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  11. Place in buttered 10 x 13-inch baking dish.
  12. Cover with sauce.
  13. Sprinkle with cheese.
  14. Bake at 375u0b0 for 25 minutes.
