Steak Stir-Fry On A Bed Of Rice
- steak (your desired size)
- 1 small to medium onion (depending on your desire)
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 small jar sliced mushrooms (optional)
- 1 regular size can tomato sauce
- rice
- margarine or cooking oil
- Cut steak into strips and halve the strips.
- Saute onion, bell pepper and mushrooms in 2 tablespoons margarine or cooking oil. Stir constantly.
- Never overcook.
- When desired doneness is reached, put these ingredients in another container and put your stripped steaks in the container with the cooking oil or margarine. Cook until tender, constantly stirring.
- Add tomato sauce and cover for 15 minutes.
- Then add your onion, bell pepper and mushrooms. Cover for 5 more minutes.
- That's it!
- Start the rice to boil and lower heat.
- Upon completion, place stir-fry on a bed of rice.
