Cheeseburger Meat Loaves
- 3/4 pound ground round
- 1 cup crushed fat-free saltine crackers
- 3/4 cup finely chopped onion (about 1 small)
- 1/2 cup finely chopped green pepper (about 1 small)
- 1 tablespoon low-sodium Worcestershire sauce
- 2 egg whites, lightly beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic (about 1 clove)
- 2 (3/4-ounce) slices fat-free American cheese, quartered
- Vegetable cooking spray
- 3 tablespoons reduced-calorie ketchup
- Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl; mix well. Divide meat mixture into 4 equal portions. Shape each portion around 2 pieces of cheese, forming a small loaf.
- Place loaves in a shallow pan coated with cooking spray. Brush loaves evenly with ketchup. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes or until done. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
