Mushrooms Stuffed With Crabmeat, Cheese And Chives
- 1 lb. mushrooms
- 1 can crabmeat, drained
- 9 oz. pkg. cream cheese with chives
- 1 c. grated Swiss cheese
- 1/3 c. garlic croutons, crushed into fine crumbs
- grated Parmesan cheese
- paprika
- 1 large cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. horseradish*
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 to 2 dashes Tabasco*
- 1 can crabmeat
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 3 oz. raisins (2 small boxes)
- 1 c. crushed pineapple
- 1 c. coconut
- Almond Delight cereal (any granola-type will work also)
- 1 lb. mushrooms (small ones preferred)
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. olive oil to taste
- 1/2 c. red wine vinegar
- 4 tsp. chopped onion
- 2 small cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing (omit garlic cloves if using garlic seasoning mix pkg.)
- Toss mushrooms with lemon juice in a bowl.
- Combine oil, vinegar, onion, garlic, sugar and dressing mix.
- Pour over mushrooms and toss again.
- Cover and refrigerate for several hours.
- Toss occasionally.
- Drain and serve.
