Lite Glazed Sweet Potatoes With Apples And Cranberries
- 2 tablespoons sucralose sweetener and brown sugar blend
- 1 teaspoon Argo(R) Corn Starch
- 1/2 cup Karo(R) Lite Syrup
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 4 cups peeled and cubed (1-inch) sweet potatoes
- 2 cups cored, sliced cooking apples
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0F. Spray a 11 x 7-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
