Scalloped Carrots With Cheese

  1. Cook carrots until tender, drain and set aside.
  2. Cook onion in butter in saucepan for 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Add milk, do not boil. Stir in flour, salt and mustard, until thick and smooth, then add pepper and celery salt.
  4. Pour into 2-quart casserole.
  5. Arrange cooked carrots and cheese.
  6. Pour sauce over carrots, top with crumbs and "dot" with butter.
  7. Bake at 350u0b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
