Pepperoni Pizza

  1. Prep time: 10 minutes
  2. Cook time: 15 minutes
  3. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Coat a large baking sheet with cooking spray.
  4. Roll out the pizza dough and transfer to baking sheet.
  5. Spread the sauce evenly on pizza dough. Sprinkle on the mozzarella, then the Canadian bacon. Top with the parmesan.
  6. Bake about 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown. Cool for a few minutes before slicing into wedges.
  7. How kids can help: Roll out pizza dough; measure ingredients; sprinkle on cheese and Canadian bacon.
  8. For grown-ups: Before baking, top your portion with sliced canned artichoke hearts, black-olive halves, and/or roasted red-pepper strips.
  9. TIP: Have a picky eater? Skip the meat altogether, or do half-pepperoni, half-plain (just like the pizza place does!)
